Cara Buchalter's (Octavine Illustration) goal is to construct a world of retro images based on the Art Deco form; classic silhouettes of sleek sophistication. All the moleskin journals carry hand-painted original illustrations by Cara herself. Cara's journals are super handy and small enough to tote everywhere. They are fabulous for writing down the lyrics to your favorite song(1999), or mom's recipe for meatballs.
